PRICES All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of VAT. All prices are valid until 31st January 2006. Please note: EC customers from outside the UK - please provide your VAT number when ordering, or VAT will be added to your order at the current rate. PAYMENT TERMS/CREDIT ACCOUNTS Credit facilities are offered by arrangement only - pro forma payment is required on all first orders. We will contact all new customers without a live credit account, on receipt of your order to discuss payment - we are able to accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or credit/debit card (we welcome Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta). All goods remain the property of Sunlover until payment is received in full. Sunlover reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on all overdue accounts. EUROS Should you prefer to be invoiced in Euros, we are happy to do so, at the rate of exchange current on the date of invoicing. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE Our minimum order level is £150. DELIVERY CHARGES See 'Delivery' for details of carriage charges, carriage paid order values etc. RETURNS/DAMAGES Sunlover must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt of goods. Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or credit on the following: - items returned after 28 days - damaged items not notified to us within 7 days of receipt   (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) Sunlover is under no obligation to accept the return of any item ordered and delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions. A 10% administrative fee will be chargeable on all such returns.
