Third Party Data Sharing

By submitting your order to Sunlover, you consent for us to share your details with our couriers/other subcontractors for the sole purpose of delivering your order.​  Similarly, staff within the Sunlover office and warehouse will also have access to your data in the process of order fulfillment.  

When paying by a credit or debit card over the phone we use a third party payment handler.  By supplying us with your details you are consenting to us using those details to process your payment.  No card details are ever held or stored by us.  

Where necessary we may have to exchange information with third parties, such as HMRC, where legally obligated.  We will contact third parties for credit references where given as part of a trade credit account application.

Our website provide, EKM, hold customer data in accordance with our website policy.

Your details may be shared with Debt Collection Services UK Ltd but only in the event of a debt recovery service being implemented.

We use a third party marketing automation company who have access to our email mailing lists.  They are GDPR compliant and your data is legally protected by them and only used by Sunlover to inform you of relevant business information such as trade shows we are attending or new products we are getting.  You are subscribed to our mailing list for one of the following reasons: you are currently, or have been previously, a customer of Sunlover; you are registered as a customer on our website or we have met or been in contact with you at a relevant public event such as a trade fair.

Under no circumstances do we sell, exchange or rent your personal information with any third party for any reason.
