All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and are exclusive of VAT. All prices are correct at time of publication. Whilst we try to keep prices stable they are subject to change with immediate effect. Prices on date of invoice will stand. Please note: EC customers from outside the UK - please provide your VAT number when ordering, or VAT will be added to your order at the current rate.

All sale prices are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Payment Terms / Credit Accounts

Credit facilities are offered by arrangement only - pro-forma payment is required on your first three orders. We will contact all new customers without a live credit account, on receipt of your order to discuss payment - we are able to accept payment by bank transfer or credit/debit card (we welcome Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta). Please note, payment by cheque will be subject to an administration charge.

All goods remain the property of Sunlover until payment is received in full.

Sunlover reserves the right to charge 5% interest per calendar month on all overdue accounts. Failure to keep up with payments will result in credit being revoked and account defaulting back to pro-forma terms.

Minimum Order Value

UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS): Minimum order level is £100 (of in stock items).

EIRE, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES, CHANNEL ISLANDS, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS: Minimum order level is £350 (of in stock items).

Back Orders

We can keep out of stock items on a back order but items will only be shipped on as part of a minimum value order, and carriage charges will be applicable as per our standard delivery charges.

Returns / Damages

Sunlover must be notified of any breakages or shortages within 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt of goods.

All breakages must be reported with the following information to sales@sunlover-uk.com :
- photo of damage
- invoice number
- item code.

Damages or returns will result in a credit note being raised to your account. We do not issue cash refunds unless in the case of account closure.

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or credit on the following:

- items returned after 28 days
- damaged items not notified to us within 5 days of receipt
(excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Any returns must be returned and re-packed in their original packaging, suitable for delivery.  We can only offer credits on items received as sold.

Sunlover is under no obligation to accept the return of any item ordered and delivered in accordance with our terms and conditions. A 10% administrative fee will be chargeable on all such returns.

Descriptions

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details or colours specified. All measurements given are approximate.

Selling Online

Selling our products online via sites such as, but not limited to, Amazon, Etsy, eBay and OnBuy can only be done with our express permission. We currently have enough online selling representatives so will not permit any additional online retailers to do so. We reserve the right to ask for our products to be removed, without reason or explanation. Failure to comply to these terms may result in your account being suspended.
